Most of the equipment identified as ‘End of Life’ by companies looking to upgrade or refresh their IT Asset Infrastructure, is actually perfectly good working equipment.
Refurbishment may not be considered by the company yet reuse is the preferred option as stated in the WEEE Directive. Each and every piece of IT equipment refurbished is another item not sent for recycling.
